Production Manager

Bien Cuit is looking for experienced Production Manager to join our team! The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of an Artisan Bread and Viennoiserie plant in a 24 hour baking facility.   Working under Executive Chef Zach Golper you will be responsible for a team of Sous Chefs and line staff in producing artisan-style breads using high-quality heritage grains, all naturally leavened and made by hand.
